Just swap reeds from 7 to 10 holes from blow reedplate to draw
reedplate and vice versa. And 10 hole don't need retuning, 9 hole -
one reed halfstep lower and 7 and 8 hole reeds need to be retuned
both, but not too dramatically as -4 semitones.
